Job Summary
As the Completions Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising well completion, workover, and intervention operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Responsibilities
• Design well completion programs, job procedures, risk assessments, and contingency plans
• Review well data and recommend suitable completion equipment, techniques, and technical solutions
• Supervise completion, workover, and intervention operations, including equipment installation, testing, and retrieval
• Coordinate with drilling, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, stimulation, and production teams during operations
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client procedures, company standards, and applicable regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3–7 years experience in well completions, workover, or well intervention operations
• Experience in land, swamp, or offshore operations is an added advantage
• Experience with completion equipment from major oilfield service companies is desirable
• Strong technical, problem-solving, coordination, and operational skills
