Job Responsibilities

·       Monitor inventory levels of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to ensure adequate stock availability

·       Record and track all stock movements including receipts, transfers, and dispatches

·       Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records

·       Track product expiry dates and ensure proper rotation and removal of expired products

·       Prepare inventory reports and support internal and external inventory audits

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field

·       Minimum of 2 years inventory management experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare organization

·       Professional certification such as CILT, CIPS, or relevant supply chain certification is an advantage

·       Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures

·       High attention to detail with strong analytical and record-keeping skills
