Job Summary

As the Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance while ensuring efficient financial management and regulatory adherence within the pharmaceutical business environment.

Responsibilities

·       Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations

·       Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management decision-making

·       Manage cash flow, financial controls, and cost monitoring across the organization

·       Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies

·       Lead financial audits and coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

·       Minimum of 5 years finance experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector

·       Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is mandatory

·       Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance

·       Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel
