Job Summary

As the Junior Loan Officer (Collateral), you will be responsible for sourcing qualified SME clients, assessing collateral-backed loan applications, and supporting portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard qualified SME clients seeking collateral-backed loan facilities

• Conduct collateral inspections, appraisals, and valuations to assess security adequacy

• Evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures

• Monitor loan performance and support portfolio quality through effective client follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year experience in lending, credit analysis, loan administration, or microfinance operations

• Strong understanding of collateral-backed lending, credit assessment, and risk management

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet loan origination and portfolio growth targets
