Job Summary

As the Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for supporting the buying function by managing assigned product categories, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely procurement of quality products that align with the company's merchandising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of buying strategies for assigned brands and product categories

• Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, budgets, and the end-to-end order lifecycle

• Conduct market research on fashion trends, products, and competitors to support buying decisions

• Monitor product performance, prepare seasonal buying reports, and track sell-through rates

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control, inventory availability, and timely product delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in buying, procurement, merchandising, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail industry

• Strong analytical, negotiation, budgeting, and research skills with good commercial awareness

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Passion for fashion, luxury, design, and emerging market trends with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
