Job Summary

As the Growth Associate, you will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and field operations to support the company’s recycling and sustainability initiatives within assigned communities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new agents, merchants, and logistics partners within assigned territories

• Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarding activities, and partner engagement

• Support field operations, including partner follow-ups, asset delivery, and issue resolution

• Facilitate partner training and represent the company during community activations and engagements

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with basic technology proficiency

• Familiarity with assigned local areas and ability to work independently in the field

• Must possess an Android phone and valid means of identification
