Job Summary

As the Fund Mobilization Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing deposits, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through effective fund mobilization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Source and mobilize deposits from individuals, corporate organizations, and other clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and business growth

• Promote the bank’s financial products and services to prospective clients

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for deposit growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund mobilization, sales, or relationship management within the banking sector

• Strong knowledge of banking products, customer relationship management, and financial services

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
