Job Summary

As the Senior Research Associate, you will lead the research function by providing market intelligence, investment insights, and strategic recommendations to support business growth and informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth equity, macroeconomic, and market research to generate investment recommendations

• Develop financial models, valuation frameworks, and market outlook reports

• Build and manage model portfolios focused on achieving strong risk-adjusted returns

• Prepare investment reports, market commentaries, and research publications

• Provide strategic investment insights and advisory support to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related discipline

• Minimum of 5–8 years experience in Equity Research, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Stockbroking, or Capital Markets

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent are an added advantage

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and equity analysis

• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
