Job Summary

As the Technical Support Technician, you will assist in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of technical equipment while supporting engineers in delivering quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment installation, servicing, and maintenance activities

• Perform basic electrical wiring and equipment troubleshooting tasks

• Maintain service records and ensure proper use of tools and equipment

• Support preventive maintenance and adhere to safety proceduresRequirements

Requirements

• OND or Technical School Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and the use of hand tools

• Good troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow technical procedures
