Job Summary

As the Graduate Trainee (Technical Support Engineer), you will support the installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial printing and power systems while developing the technical skills required to become a Technical Support Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of industrial printing and power equipment

• Support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities under senior engineers' guidance

• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation

• Participate in technical training and support project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

• Strong interest in technical support, industrial printing, and power systems

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a technical team
