Job Summary

As the Technical Supervisor, you will oversee elevator installation projects, supervise field engineers, and ensure all projects are delivered according to technical, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field engineers and coordinate installation activities across multiple sites

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with OEM and safety standards

• Manage project timelines, site readiness assessments, and commissioning processes

• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and project stakeholders

• Train and mentor technical teams while ensuring proper documentation and reporting

Requirements

• HND/B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Minimum of 6 years experience in elevator installation with at least 2 years in supervisory role

• Strong expertise in traction, MRL, hydraulic, or vacuum elevator systems

• OEM elevator certification from recognized brands is highly preferred
