Job Summary

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot elevator faults, and ensure reliability, safety, and uptime of installed systems for clients under maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and technical inspections on elevator systems

• Respond to breakdowns and perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault repairs

• Prepare maintenance reports, spare parts documentation, and technical records

• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and clients

• Participate in emergency on-call support and ensure service response compliance

Requirements

• HND/B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in elevator maintenance or building systems support

• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems

• Experience handling preventive maintenance schedules and technical reporting
